  Much faster, friendlier, and component than the previous years. Crystal run in rock hill has really come around with better staff and professional care.

  The absolute worst. First of all on my first time there was waiting in my room for 2 hours just to be even seen by a simple nurse or tech and then whenever I try and call I'm always on hold for no less than 15 min just to speak with someone! Right now I'm currently waiting on hold still to speak with radiology and have been on hold for 30 minutes! This is my second time calling by the way because the first time I called I was on hold for 45 minutes. So I hung up and called immediately to see if maybe it just wasn't going through.... Nope on my second call and still on hold for 30 minutes. Absolute worst. I've been back and forth to 3 crystal runs in Rockland, Rock Hill and Middletown so far Rock Hill and Middletown are both hand in hand with the worst. Rockland wasn't too bad but still wasn't great. I would of never written this review if it wasn't for the awful disgusting time I've been waiting on hold just to ask a simple question. I'm just going to cancel all my appointments now, this is just so unprofessional. I have my appointment at 12:30 and can't go untill I have a question asked before I go all the way over there just to find out that I can't get an MRI done when I could of just found out by calling them if they would of picked up. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
